About us
Hundreds of events happen around the world's biggest cultural moments, and the way you hear about them is broken. Promotion is scattered across five social platforms, private WhatsApp groups, and group chats you're not in. The Frynge exists to fix that: one place to see what's happening around every major event, before it happens.
For the people who believe the best moments still happen in person, at the fringe of the world's biggest events.
Mission
We spend our lives on screens, but the moments that actually change things still happen in rooms. The dinner where you meet your next collaborator. The activation where a brand becomes real. The night that turns strangers into community. Those moments are out there by the hundreds around every major event, and yet discovery means five feeds, a dozen group chats, and finding out two weeks late when the algorithm finally catches up. The best experiences at the world's biggest events are not hidden. They are scattered. The Frynge puts them in one place and shows a new generation exactly where to show up.
Vision
Less screen, more human. As culture moves from feeds back to rooms, the Frynge aims to be the definitive guide to live culture: the first place you check before the world gathers, and the reason you were there when it did.
You should not find out about the best event of the week two weeks after it happened, when the algorithm finally decides to show you. Discovery today means five feeds, a dozen group chats, and a lot of luck. The best experiences at the world's biggest events are not hidden. They are scattered. The Frynge puts them in one place.
The Frynge began with a simple observation from years spent producing and attending the world's largest gatherings: the official agenda is only half the event. The other half, the dinners, the side programming, the one-night-only moments, is where the real connections happen. It's where careers start, friendships form, and communities find each other. And it lives in stories that expire, threads you have to be invited to, and posts that surface after the fact. The experiences were never hidden.
So we built the platform that gathers it. Today the Frynge publishes field guides, coverage, and analysis across the global calendar, and curates the experiences around each one, in one place, ahead of time.
